    Aisel - Build with clinicians

Some of our best features don't start on a roadmap. They start with a clinician telling us what actually gets in their way. This one is a good example.

    A moment of friction

A few months ago, a psychiatrist we work with told us something simple but important: during a session, it's easy to lose track of which parts of the note still need to be covered. The recording is running, the conversation is flowing — but is there room to glance at the structure without breaking focus on the patient?

    From feedback to feature

That question became a feature. Today, clinicians using our platform can preview their note template live while a session is being recorded, seeing at a glance which sections are already covered and which still need attention — without switching screens or breaking eye contact with the patient.

It's a small addition. But it came directly from someone doing the work every day, and that's exactly how we want to build.

    How we build

We don't design in a vacuum and hope it fits. We build in close collaboration with the clinicians who will actually use what we make — because they're the ones who know where the friction really is, and what would make their day easier. Features like this one exist because a psychiatrist took the time to describe a real moment of friction, and we listened.

    Over to you
