Senior Account Executive

Senior Account Executive
You will own UK new business. That means building pipeline, running discovery, closing pilots, and expanding accounts. There is no SDR support from day one - you are expected to work the full cycle. This is an early hire reporting to the CCO, with a material role in shaping how we go to market in the UK across private psychiatry and ADHD/autism assessment clinics.
What you'll do
- •Identify and qualify ICP-fit private clinics across the UK (ADHD, autism, psychiatry), primarily 10-50 clinicians
- •Run discovery calls and coordinate with the CPO for platform demos
- •Lead commercial negotiations and close pilot agreements
- •Manage the transition to Customer Success post-signature and re-enter at defined checkpoints
- •Represent Aisel at UK clinical and healthtech conferences
- •Feed market intelligence back to product and leadership
What we're looking for
- •5+ years B2B SaaS sales, ideally in healthtech or health services
- •Proven track record selling into private healthcare organisations: clinics, hospital groups, or networks
- •Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 3-12 months and deals above GBP 50K ARR
- •Comfortable building pipeline from scratch without SDR support
- •Proven self-starter: you have built pipeline from scratch and are comfortable working without a playbook or support structure
- •UK-based, with the ability to travel to accounts and attend London meetings

Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Help build the clinical workflow platform powering psychiatric and neurodevelopmental assessment clinics - from AI-driven patient intake and pre-consultation briefings to a live AI Scribe and auto-drafted clinical notes. The assessment for this role focuses on architecture, problem-solving, and production experience.
What you'll do
- •Design and build features end-to-end across the front-end and back-end of the platform
- •Make sound architecture decisions that hold up as the product scales across clinics
- •Ship production-grade, well-tested code in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- •Partner with clinical and product teams to turn real workflows into reliable software
- •Help raise the engineering bar on security, reliability, and code quality
What we're looking for
- •Strong full-stack experience building and shipping production software
- •Solid grounding in system architecture and pragmatic problem-solving
- •Comfortable owning features end-to-end with limited hand-holding
- •Startup or scale-up experience where you have had to build, not just maintain
- •Interest in digital health, clinical systems, or AI-supported healthcare
