Background
Svalberg holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Copenhagen (2020-2022), where she specialised in clinical and neuropsychology. She has been reading medicine at the University of Southern Denmark since 2023.
She has practised as a clinical psychologist since 2022. At Lyngby Psykiatri she held a lead clinical role, carrying out diagnostic assessment with structured instruments including SCID-5, DIVA, BRIEF and AAA, providing outpatient CBT for adults, facilitating group therapy, and supervising both part-time clinical staff and psychology Master's interns from the University of Copenhagen. At Kognitiv Center København she conducted initial consultations and adult ADHD diagnostic assessments using DIVA-5 and BRIEF-V. She has run her own private practice in Copenhagen since 2023, working within a CBT framework with a focus on adult mental health, neurodevelopmental conditions and trauma-informed care. She also taught developmental psychology on the BSc Psychology programme at the University of Copenhagen from 2021 to 2022.
She joined Aisel in April 2025 as Clinical Product Manager, working on clinical content, clinician onboarding and the implementation of Aisel's medical scribe and autonomous pre-assessment tools in psychiatric and psychological settings. She continues to see patients alongside the role: the documentation measured in The Documentation Minute is work she does herself.

The Documentation Minute: A Multi-Site Analysis of Time Spent on Clinical Documentation in Psychiatry, and the Effect of AI-Assisted Notetaking
202 documentation tasks timed across eight psychiatric clinics in Denmark and the UK, spanning 16 document types. Time is concentrated in long-form reports - Mental Health Act, medico-legal and court documents at 46 to 57 minutes each. Clinical notes fell from 14.5 to 5.5 minutes with Aisel (62% reduction; cross-site observational comparison, not a controlled trial). The heavy reports are the subject of the next study.
